becky was born and raised in abilene, texas and has an unwavering love and appreciation for her beloved city. after spending numerous years in public accounting, she decided life’s too short to live a life doing something that doesn’t set your soul on fire.
happy yappy started as a small pet boutique made up of handmade dog collars, bowties, leashes and squeaky toys as a way to OFFER other dog moms unique items for their pups rather than the typical big box store products.
in the fall of 2020, happy yappy hosted it’s first Pup party, a ticketed event for dog owners and their pups to get professional photos with unique photo backdrops, INCLUDING BALLOON GARLANDS, STREAMER WALLS AND MANY OTHER CREATIVE SETUPS Curated BY their TEAm. The party was a hit and served as the official launch of the company’s design services.
